Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Criminality Wiki is a static, fan-made information site. We do not run accounts, do not ask for personal details and do not sell anything. This page explains the limited data that reaches us through hosting and analytics, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We do not require registration and we do not ask for your name, email address or payment details. The information available to us is limited to what your browser sends when it loads a page and what our analytics provider records.
- •Automatic technical data such as browser type, approximate region, referring page and the pages you view.
- •Cookies set by analytics and advertising partners, plus a local preference for your light or dark theme.
- •We do not collect personal accounts, passwords or payment information on this site.
How We Use It
The data we see is used to keep the site working, understand which guides are useful and decide what to document next. We do not build individual profiles and we do not attempt to identify readers.
- •Analytics to measure page views, traffic sources and which articles are most read.
- •Performance and error data so broken pages and slow loads can be fixed quickly.
- •Your theme preference, stored locally in your browser rather than on our servers.
Third Parties
Some services load from third-party domains and may set their own cookies. Each provider has its own privacy policy, and we do not control what they log once their script or frame loads.
- •Google Analytics, used for aggregate traffic reporting.
- •Roblox pages and official game media are linked, not embedded as account-connected services.
- •Discord links open the official community server in a new tab.
Children
Because Criminality is a Roblox game, some readers may be younger than 13. This site is a general-audience reference and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact us and we will remove it.
Your Choices
You can browse this site with cookies blocked, and you can clear stored preferences at any time. Blocking analytics does not affect the guides themselves.
- •Use your browser settings or an analytics opt-out add-on to stop tracking scripts.
- •Clear cookies and local storage to remove the saved theme preference and any vendor identifiers.
- •Contact us through the official Discord if you have a specific data request.
Security
The site is served as static files over HTTPS. There is no login system to protect, and we do not store user databases. We still monitor for tampering and will correct anything that looks wrong as soon as we are told about it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced through a separate mailing list, because we do not keep one.
Contact
Questions about privacy can be raised in the official Criminality Discord community channels. Please do not send personal information in a public message.
